Objective:
To function as a channel between library and its users.
Responsibilities:
·To assist librarian in formulating library policies and regulations.
·To work towards modernization and improvement of library and documentation services.
·To look after general maintenance of library in terms of reading materials and infrastructure.
·To formulate policies and proposals for books and journals of the library.
·To prepare budget and proposals for books and journals of the library.
·To review library readership department wise.
·To seek feedback on Library functions from readers.
·To submit the annual report on the functioning of the library.
·To prepare agenda and minutes of meeting and circulate to authorities and librarian.
The committee will meet on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month and as and when required in the conference hall and submit a written report to the undersigned after each meeting.
