SRCDSR is located at completely pollution free, peaceful, stimulating, and natural environment. The college is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located just 10 kms away from South Delhi in New Faridabad - a Part of National Capital Region, the college offers an ideal atmosphere for Learning, Research & Scholastic Pursuits. The college has the locational advantage of been surrounded by 85 villages and large number of real estate societies, which helps in getting a number of sufficient patients (Daily average Dental OPD of 350-450 patients) which further help the college students in their training procedures.

Library

Library is one of the most important part of any academic institution. It is the knowledge centre, the objective of which is to meet the information requirement of the readers and researchers. The library at Sudha Rustagi Dental College meets the teaching, research and other academic requirements of the teachers and students of the college. The main aim is to gain more and more knowledge specialization in specific fields of dentistry. College Library with its rich collection of more than 5000 books, 160 national, international & E-journals and continuous additions shows our commitment for the welfare of students who desires and deserves the best in their academic life.

Digital Library

The college has also set up one well-equipped digital library. A huge number of books have since converted to the digital format. A digital library has got a large number of E-books with internet facility. On regular basis the information is updated that incorporates latest developments and advancements in the dental, medical and healthcare sector. We keep our students abreast with the latest developments taking place across the world.

Reprographics and bibliographies are also created in the digital libraries for further study and research. Digital libraries are also very helpful in systematic classification of subject-wise referrals.

E-Resource

• Online Database – Online library database is a record containing all the books or items which are present in the library. The books available in online library are organized in a systematic way in various categories to help the users find them easily.
• E-books – E-books are text books, journals, research papers and industry books and magazines converted into electronic format.
• Remote Excess (VPN) – Our e-resource has remote access, means users can access the library from other parts of the college too. Users don’t need to visit the library for books and study materials.
• User Manuals – User manual assists the users in using the e-resource and online library.
• Usage Statistics – Usage statistics show the statistics or information about the usage of the library i.e. – number of users, number of books, number of new entries, number of books in order, etc.

Dental OPD, Clinical and Non-Clinical Laboratories

There are separable UG & PG dental clinics & laboratories for each specialty. Each clinic is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art instruments, teaching tools and equipments beyond the curricular requirements. Most of the dental chairs & equipments are imported from Brazil, Germany, USA, etc., which keep the students abreast with the latest technological innovations and advancements in the field of Dentistry.

Auditorium
 

The state-of-the art centrally air conditioned auditorium, with a capacity of 450-500 seats having ultra modern acoustics and digital projection, has been developed to host international, national, inter & intra college events like seminars, conferences, debates, theatres, exhibitions and cultural programs.
