It is also a policy and endeavor of the SRCDSR to recruit talented and experienced faculty as desired by the Dental Council of India. The faculty is provided full freedom of working including teaching and research.
Staff is provided best pays, perquisites and allowances. The emphasis is on the Quality Teaching for the students and on academic excellence. Student Feedback System is in place where the management obtains reviews from students about the course progress and teaching methodologies of various staff members on a periodic basis. The college provides on campus staff quarters for the faculty. There is a separate reading area in the library and staff rooms for faculty members so that they can their own studies and preparation for the classes.
